What Is RRP?

Clinician-led support groups that help you learn what your family couldn't teach

RRP can help you:

  • Understand your family  & why they act like this

  • Feel less alone in daily life

  • Feel more relaxed with yourself and others

  • Feel more 'real' in your relationships

  • Keep yourself safe, even around difficult people

  • Learn what to say (and what not to say) during hard conversations

  • Reparent your inner child

  • End dysfunctional generational cycles

Step 3 - Interview

In order to build a group of safe, well-matched people, every applicant is interviewed individually.

We'll spend a few minutes getting to know each other. If it's not the right fit, I'll point you toward resources that can help.

Step 2 - Apply

After completing the intake form, you'll receive a Calendly link to schedule a 15 minute 1:1 zoom call with me.

New Groups Forming FALL 2026

Step 1 - Understand

The first wound many of us carry happened in a group - our family. RRP gives us back what was missing then: a group that gets it right.

Each group is made up of 8 members who meet weekly via Zoom and stay together for the full 6-months.

Groups are open to anyone in Europe, UK, Canada and the USA.
